If your request is about a listing or your account, include the listing link or the email address you signed up with. Never send us your password or a verification code.

Report a listing or a scam

Open the listing, sign in and tap “Report this listing” at the bottom of the page. Once 5 reports come in from independent accounts, the listing is hidden automatically until we review it.
No account? Email the listing link and the reason to info@rootlco.com.
If you lost money: call your bank immediately, then report it to the police or the cybercrime authority in your country.

Account problems

Forgot your password? Reset it here with a code sent to your email.
No verification code? Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code after a minute.
To change your name or phone number, or to delete your account: Settings in your account.

What we never do

We never ask for your verification code or password, by message or by phone.
We never take payments, and never act as a go-between for payment or delivery.
We never charge a fee to post or activate a listing; anyone asking you for one in our name is a scammer.
We never offer loans or financing, and loan offers are not allowed on the site.
