By using Kayshni you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Kayshni is a listings platform that connects sellers and buyers. We are not a party to any sale, purchase or installment transfer, and we do not guarantee listings, items, or any party's ability to complete a deal.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and use an email address you own.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.

3. Listings

• A listing must be for something you own or are authorised to sell, with accurate information, priced below market price.
• Not allowed: illegal items, weapons, drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, protected animals, official documents, loans or financial services, and any unlawful or offensive content.
• Every listing is deleted automatically 14 days after it is posted, with its photos.
• We may hide or delete any listing, or suspend any account, that breaks these terms without prior notice.

4. Messages

Messages between users are stored in their accounts. Spam, abuse and scam attempts are not allowed. The phone number you add to a listing is shown to signed-in users who ask to see it.

5. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users. Always inspect items and check documents before paying.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Kayshni means you accept the updated version.
