How Kayshni works
Kayshni is a marketplace for people who need to sell fast: behind on installments, an urgent bill, travel, or any emergency. Sellers list below market price, buyers contact them directly, with no middleman.
If you want to sell
- Create an account with your email and enter the 6-digit code we send you.
- Post your listing: photos, your asking price and the approximate market price. Your price must be below market price, and buyers see the discount.
- Give every detail: condition, location, and if there are installments left, the remaining balance, monthly payment and lender. Clear listings sell faster.
- Answer buyers from your messages, or by phone and WhatsApp if you added your number.
Listings stay up for 14 days and are then deleted automatically with their photos, so every offer on the site is fresh. Sold earlier? Tap “Mark as sold” in My listings.
If you want to buy
- Browse by country, city, category and price, or search by keyword.
- Read the full details: market price, how much you save, why it is being sold, and any remaining installments.
- Contact the seller directly with an in-app message (the conversation is saved in your account) or by phone.
- Inspect before you pay, and complete the ownership transfer officially with the competent authority; if there are installments left, only with the lender's approval.
Buying something that still has installments
Some sellers still owe a bank or finance company. Usually the deal is done one of two ways: the remaining balance is paid to the lender, who releases the lien before ownership is transferred, or the lender agrees in writing to move the financing to you after its own checks. Never agree to pay installments on something that stays in the seller's name without the lender's approval.
Frequently asked questions
Why must my price be below market price?
Kayshni is built for quick sales. Buyers come here for a deal, and a below-market price is what sells your item in days rather than months. You enter your price and the approximate market price, buyers see the saving, and the form refuses a price equal to or above the market price.
How long does my listing stay up?
14 days. It is then deleted automatically with its photos, so the site never shows old or sold offers. Sold earlier? Tap “Mark as sold” in My listings.
Can I sell a car or apartment that still has installments?
Yes. Tick “It still has installments left” when you post, and give the remaining balance, plus the monthly payment and the lender if you can. Moving the ownership or the financing normally needs the lender's approval, or the balance paid off and the lien released first, so agree with the buyer to complete it officially with the lender.
How do buyers contact me?
By in-app message, saved in your account, or by phone and WhatsApp if you add your number. Your number is shown only to signed-in users who tap “Show phone number”, and your email address is never shown.
Is Kayshni part of the sale, or does it hold the money?
No. Kayshni only hosts listings; the deal and the payment are between you and the other person. Never transfer money before you inspect, and don't believe any message claiming that Kayshni holds the payment or guarantees the deal.
Which countries does Kayshni cover?
Jordan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Sudan. Sellers choose the price currency from their country's currencies.
How many listings can I post?
Up to 10 active listings at a time, and up to 5 new listings in 24 hours. Each listing needs at least one photo and can have up to 8 photos.
Can I write my listing in English?
Yes. Write in Arabic or English, whichever your buyers read. Your listing page is shown to visitors in both Arabic and English, and the text you wrote stays exactly as you wrote it, untranslated.
How do I protect myself from scams?
Inspect before you pay, never pay a deposit for something you haven't seen, check papers and liens, and report suspicious listings. Read the full safety tips.
